A graduate of the French Fashion Institute (IFM), he began his career working for large communications groups such as DDB and Altedia. In 1996, he founded one of France’s first Internet agencies.

Between 2000 and 2006, he set up the Hermès e-commerce network in the U.S., in Europe and in Japan. He then joined the L’Oréal Group to manage Internet and CRM strategy for Lancôme. In this role, he launched the first ever online sales website for a luxury brand in China.
He was named “E-commerce Man of the Year” by E-commerce magazine in 2008. In the same year, he joined Christian Dior Couture to launch the first “branded content” operation for a house of haute couture: “The Lady Noire Affair”, a film directed by Olivier Dahan and featuring Marion Cotillard. In 2009, he founded "SAME SAME but different".

A graduate of Léonard de Vinci University in Paris, Julien started his career with IBM, first in France and subsequently in London, where he developed skills in operational marketing. He then worked with Hermès in both New York and Paris, participating in the development of Hermè and of the websites of the John Lobb and Puiforcat brands.

During this time, he developed his digital skills as a project manager, participating in the re-designing of the purchasing process for Hermè and acquiring product sensitivity while coordinating production photography and editorial updates for the various Hermès websites.
In June 2009, Julien Gaubert-Molina joined the Leather Goods Division of Hermès as marketing manager with responsibility for the commercial and operational development of the collections. He participated in the coordination of collection purchases and sales promotion, establishing common Visual Merchandising standards for Hermès boutiques.
He joined "SAME SAME but different" in 2012.

Maxime qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the UK and started as auditor and M&A consultant with KPMG in London. He then worked for the Ipsos Group in the Middle East as regional finance manager. He joined WPP as CFO of Landor Paris and became General Manager of the agency in 2004. In 2006, Maxime created Nu, a brand of jeans he sold in 2009. He then managed the marketing services agency of the Altavia Group in Paris and joined SAME SAME in 2012.

Besides the aspect of digital design, Jeff also has wealth of experience on the motion graphic designer and video production.

She has experience in ATL, media cooperation, social, website operation, and data analytics. In 2017, Jeanne joined Same Same but Different, her goal is to expand the company's forte from social to integrated digital marketing, to provide more holistic digital solutions to clients in China.
